FINDING YOUR VOICE
Not just for singers! Come and refresh your mind, body and spirit and explore centered, authentic and creative ways to express ourselves. Our voices come from our deepest values and our highest selves, and this workshop is for anyone who wants more clarity and power in the way they connect with and use their voice. We will use music, movement, meditation and dialogue, as well as principles and practices from the martial art of Aikido (“the way of harmony”), and other arts to discover how we show up to ourselves and each other, and the choices we have.
Can be offered as a 1 1/2 -2 hour workshop for small to large groups, and also more in depth as half-day, full day, or two-five day sessions or retreats.

Fun singing together, and seeing where we shine and where we hold ourselves back. We will use singing, movement, meditation and dialogue, as well as principles and practices from the martial art of Aikido (“the way of harmony”), and other arts to discover how we show up to ourselves and each other, and the choices we have. We'll make beautiful music together, and you will gain confidence in giving your song to the world!
